History of Tombstone, Arizona

One of the other periods of history I can get into is the history of Tombstone, Arizona. I was stationed at Fort Huachuca for two and a half years, and would often go to Tombstone on the weekends. So I enjoyed getting into the history of the west in Arizona and New Mexico. There is now a weekly internet radio show put on by one of the descendants of Ike Clanton, "The Haunted Saloon." So if you are into history and the old west, you will enjoy this one.

Here is a video where they were talking about historic guns collected in the old west. This unique piece is a one-of-a-kind small purse pistol owned by the wife of Wyatt Earp, Josephine.

It is all very interesting, because they talk about some of the things in history that you may have read, but may be different that what you thought. Or sometimes some of the characters from Old Tombstone my show up, like Curley Bill or Virgil Earp.

Thank you!
I enjoyed my time at Fort Huachuca, and loved visiting places like Bisbee or Tombstone.
